|| Terms of Service (read before commissioning!) || Commission pricing || Commission list ||Payment:
I only accept payments through Paypal. No snail mail or e-checks, please! I require payment up front to begin your commission and to hold your spot on my waiting list. If it is for a particularly large commission, we can work out a payment plan based on the amount of images that have been ordered.
I will not begin work on the project until the payment has been cleared in Paypal. This is without any exceptions.
Cancellations and refunds:
In the case of myself (the artist) having to cancel a commission, the customer is entitled to a [100%] refund of the original commission price.
In the case of the customer cancelling a commission, please be advised that I can only offer
partial refunds.
For full color drawings:
If a sketch has been started or completed, the customer is entitled to a [50%] refund of the original price.
If the lineart has been started or completed, the customer is entitled to a [25%] refund of the original price.
If the color has been started or completed, [no refund will be issued], as too much time has passed.
For linearts:
If the sketch has been started or completed, the customer is entitled to a [50%] refund of the original price.
If the lineart has been started or completed, [no refund will be issued], as too much time has passed.
For sketches:
The customer can get a [50%] refund if it is cancelled before the halfway point. Please note that the turnaround time for these are shorter than color or lineart commissions, so be mindful of this when you place your order.
I can only offer refunds on shoe commissions if I have not begun drawing/painting on the shoes. This is due to the difficulty in reselling a product of custom nature, and due to my inability in returning the shoes if they have already been drawn or painted on.Revisions:
I offer the following revisions for free:
2 during the sketch phase, one in the color phase.
Shipping:
I only offer traditional based artwork at this time, meaning you keep the original! Shipping is dependent on where you live. For the U.S, this generally is around $3-$5 for drawings. I ship all commissions in a padded envelope to keep the product as safe as possible in transit. I also include delivery confirmation in this price. Please note that shipping for shoes is dependent on the cost of the envelope plus the weight of the product, and where it is going.
How you can use the artwork:
Please note that you can post this artwork to your personal website, Facebook, tumblr, ect, as long as original credit is given to me. A link back to my deviantART would be greatly appreciated as well!
I retain rights to the artwork. This means that you may not sell, reproduce, or otherwise profit off of anything I make without my explicit permission. By commissioning me, you agree to have a limited license to the artwork, as outlined above.
If you would like to reproduce or sell copies of my work, please contact me personally to work out the contract.
As the artist:
- I have the ability to turn down a commission if I am not comfortable with the subject matter. Feel free to contact me with your idea, and I can let you know if I am comfortable with it.
- I have the right to post the artwork to my deviantART page, and wherever I like. As stated before, I retain the rights to the work.
- If you would like to buy the rights to your work, or make a private commission (one that is not posted online), we can discuss the fee for that.
- I promise to keep all commissioners in the loop with frequent updates and progress on their commissions.
- I can change my terms of service whenever needed. If a term changes that affects your commission, you are grandfathered in to the old terms.
- I cannot guarantee indefinite storage of your artwork. While I may hold onto a copy, I cannot guarantee its safekeeping indefinitely once it has been sent to you. Please make sure you are backing up your artwork on several mediums if you are not receiving a hard copy! If something does happen to your computer, you may ask me to see if I still have it. I would recommend storing it on Photobucket, an external hard drive, and your computer as well.
